Can’t Sleep? No Need To Count Sheep…Welness Basics Will Help You Sleep!
I’ve been an insomniac for 3+ decades. My MD used to prescribe prescription sleep aids for me but after taking many different kinds for years , I no longer wanted to take them. I’m much better at handling/dealing with my bouts with insomnia when they occur, however, I do take OTC sleep aids. Wellness Basics 192 count pill pack is a fabulous sleep aid to help me fall asleep when insomnia strikes! Each softgel contains 50mg Diphenhydramine HCI which is the maximum strength sleep aid and they are NOT habit forming which is SO very important! The softgels are easy to swallow and work quickly. Best of all, when the alarm clock goes off the next morning, I wake up and am ready to face the day. These softgels do NOT make me sleepy or groggy throughout the course of the day as some of my former prescription sleep aids used to do.I used to get my OTC sleep aids from a ‘big box’ store. Those softgels were exactly the same as Wellness Basics-the same ingredients, same strength. But one bottle of 96 softgels cost more than this 2 pack of Wellness Basics! I get DOUBLE the Wellness Basics softgels for a LOWER price than I had been paying elsewhere for half the amount! You cannot beat that!
