Be sure to read all ingredients
Giving 5 starts for effectiveness. Fell asleep quick and stayed asleep all night. I felt nerve vibration in my face!?! Not sure what natural ingredients causes that. Be sure to read all ingredients, I was just focusing on the front of the package where it only discloses a few ingredients, I was under a different impression. Learned after putting it on that it has more than that. I take thyroid medication and have to be careful with Ashwagandha and lemon balm since those ingredients change hormon function of the thyroid. Did some research and may be ok but will still consult with Dr. and you should do the same.

when I first ordered this product back in June of 2024 the purple patches were well made and stayed on my skin through the night while helping me sleep in a deeper sleep! Fast forward to two months or so ago when the patches came in a tiny package and each patch (a little bit bigger than a postage stamp) is now made of a thin plastic material and they do not stay on my skin all night no matter where I put them! Why did you ruin such a great product? I assume it was to make a better profit. Unfortunately it is no longer effective this way and I’m waking up again several times a night as before using your purple patch and am not sleeping as deeply. I will not be buying this patch in the future and will not recommend it to my associates.

Soft patches that work
These patches are kinds big. They are soft though. But they will put you to sleep for sure. I take magnesium every night. But to give my stomach a break, I wear a patch to help relax me and sleep. I sleep all night long. I am 40 and if you’re 40 or over you know sleeping through the night is a challenge most of the time.

Iâve been using these patches for a while. I think they help me get a better nightâs sleep. I toss and turn a bit and need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I think they help with me falling back to sleep.

These are working for me
I think these really do help me sleep better. I like this type of patch, it’s a little bit of a foam sticks well but easy to peel off. Work as described. I’ve tried several of the brands and these are the best I have found.
