Recommend for hot flashes & night sweats!
Bought this because I am post menopausal but still having hot flashes. Wouldn’t you think after 12 years they would just go away? Well, they don’t. I can’t use prescription patches and didn’t want to use antidepressants which my doctor said would help control them. Took a chance with this and have been very pleasantly surprised! I take it before bed and am able to get through the night with no hot flashes or night sweats! The first week the flashes/sweats were drastically reduced, now I don’t have them at all. I like that the ingredients are natural (herbal) – it’s a good thing if you can actually pronounce the ingredients lol All in all a very good product that I would recommend if your suffering with hot flashes and night sweats!

These made me feel so sick
I’m cheap so it takes a lot for me to just throw something out without finishing it, but I tossed these today. They made my stomach feel awful. I am not super sensitive to meds or foods or anything so this caught me off guard. These did not make me feel any better and made me feel very very sick. I thought maybe I just had to push through the initial discomfort and maybe I’d feel better, but I just kept feeling worse the longer I took them. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Worked Day One
I took 2 on the first day I received them just prior to dinner. Slept the entire night with only one hot flash. I was previously waking up 6 to 7 times a night. I hope this trend continues.

Did nothing but made me completely exhausted so I started taking at night. No changes at all for me. Customer service was amazing. It didn’t work for me but it might for you. Can’t go wrong with thjs kind of satisfaction guarantee.

There are not many supplements that I can really see and feel a different while taking them. Though,these really surprised me. I’ve been taking them for about 3 weeks. I don’t feel or look as bloated. Even my son noticed that, and he doesn’t notice anything, lol. The hot flashes are very few and far between. I sleep better, no night sweats, and more energy. I will buy more and highly recommend these.
