I first tried Provitalize, they were great but too expensive so I tried these…they work!!! No hot flashes and I generally feel better (no bloating).

Changed ingredients???
I love this product even though the ingredients were changed. Or at least I believe they were. I swear Berberine was included but the most recent bottle its not. I feel a definite difference.

I have been using this product for about six months now and it has helped me deal with menopausal symptoms such as bloating, irritability, and cravings, and most importantly, mental wellbeing. I have noticed a slight decrease in the severity of hot flushes as well.

Don’t give up!
I rarely write reviews, but just had to for this product because it has made such an incredible difference for me. I’ve been taking this for just under 4 weeks and have just had 2 glorious hot-flash free nights! For several months prior to that, I was waking up in a pool of sweat multiple times per night and starting every day exhausted. I am incredibly grateful to have found this product. It may not work for everyone but if you’re suffering through hot flashes/night sweats, this is definitely worth trying and I recommend giving it some time to work.
