Not a miracle chewing but a good tasting relief.
*Trigger warning for people struggling with mental health issues but very honest feedback for this specific product and it’s ability to help my personal health issues.I have struggled with hypersensitivity my whole life. I’m currently exploring testing for autism and treating cptsd. Layers of trauma starting at age 8 with the loss of my father and growing up gifted with an alcoholic mom. Now let’s skip to science! Most of us are nutrient deficient simply because of low exposure to natural healthy elements and food. Now my results from these! I used the whole bottle in under a month. I have been going through some severe life changes and have become introverted due to the stressors involved in interacting in social forums. We are all going through so much as the world seems to be shifting into something new and very rapidly. Seems to truly be a fight between good and evil. These my darlings help! Legit just took my last 2 writing this to see if I could notice the “shift” while writing a it took under 10 minutes. They take the edge off. It’s not a sedative effect however just a simple calm kinda like a lavender martini! I drink rarely anymore but I remember how lovely those were! It just chills me out when my vibe feels like I drank too much espresso.Honest feedback from a 40 year old single woman trying to maneuver through the changes in united states and residing in Florida. Great supplement combination
I have been impressed with the high quality of the Metagenics brand and was excited to try the HerWellness Rapid Stress Relief soft chews. L-Theanine works well for my body to feel more mellow and relaxed. This supplement combines it with additional vitamin B6, saffron flower extract, and decaffeinated Green tea extract to promote a calming effect. I was unfamiliar with Saffron extract and read that it is often used with L-Theanine because they work better together. The mixed berry flavor has a slight aftertaste, and the texture reminds me of Laffy Taffy or Starburst candies. They are a bit sticky, and it takes some time to peel off the wrapper. I do not like the chewy texture for long-term use, but I did find them helpful. I like the convenience of keeping a few in my purse since they are individually wrapped.

Super helpful for stress / anxiety
These look like a starburst candy and are wrapped individually. The wrapper kind of tears apart when opening but didnât stick to the chew.I tested these when I did not have a lot of stress and they made me kind of tired and helped me sleep really well. ( you do have to brush your teeth if using before bed because these do have sugar in them)I also tested these when I had extreme stress and they helped me navigate my stress/ anxiety quite well and they did not make me tired. I was very thankful to have these chews. They literally do calm you down somehow. I think it must be the milk protein hydrosolate or the proprietary blend of decaffeinated green tea, b6, and saffron.To summarize: they taste great and work to alleviate stress to help you function better. I will definitely buy these again because they are a super good non rxn tool for stressful times.

High quality supplement from a trusted source
I am really picky about my supplement brands because there are so many out there, the regulations are loose, and the wrong ones do more harm than good. Metagenics is one of the few I trust. I was first introduced to them by my functional medicine doctor who put me on their supplements to get rid of my SIBO, and I have been using them ever since. The brand is high quality.Lately, I have been a bit stressed (I mean, who isn’t these days?), so when I saw these I decided to give them a try. I like how they are individually wrapped, so I can easily take a few with me in my purse. The flavor is mild, not overly sweet, which I prefer. As far as efficacy goes, for me, I do feel calmer after taking them, but everyone’s body reacts differently to things. Personally, I would recommend them.

Unsure of Efficacy
Iâm dealing with some extra stress lately, so ordered these to take during more anxious moments. They come individually wrapped (which would be going to toss in a purse or something) & remind me of a Mamba or Starburst chew candy. They taste pretty good, although thereâs a distinct herbal taste along with the berry flavor. In terms of the effect, they donât seem to make much of a dent in my mood (at least not in the short-term). I know that L-theanine can help some, and everyone is indeed different. I may have my husband or kiddo try them out to see if it helps them. Itâs unclear to me why this is marketed toward women though. It doesnât seem like any of the ingredients are specific to women, and anyone could see potential benefits.

Deciding whether these supplements suit you is a personal call, so Iâll leave that up to you. What I can tell you is my experience with them. They come in a bottle with a child-proof cap, which is great for safety but can be a bit tricky to open if youâre in a rush. The pills are small and smooth, making them easy to swallow without any aftertaste, which is a big plus for me.The packaging is minimal, which I appreciate for reducing waste, but it doesnât offer the grab-and-go convenience of individually wrapped options. I found myself portioning them into a small container for travel, which worked fine. The supplements have a subtle herbal scent when you open the bottle, and while they donât taste like anything, they go down easily with water. Not a treat, but not unpleasant either.
