Wow! A full night’s sleep!
A friend recommended melatonin and my doctor concurred that starting with 5 mg might help me as I was experiencing severely interrupted sleep to the point of being up an hour or so during the night and having hard times falling back to sleep. I tried it for the first time last night and because I had freed up my schedule,I literally slept 12 hours! I did wake up a couple of times but was able to fall back to sleep. This is a game changer. I understand it’s not for long-term use but in the short term this really helped me get a good night sleep and probably catch up for weeks on end of poor sleeping due to some stresses going on in my life. Thankful for this product! I did not experience any negative side effects. No “hangover feel this morning” only joy at having actually slept!

Works fast and tastes good
This 5mg melatonin is the one I favor more compared to the 10 mg melatonin of the same brand. This one has no aftertastes, and the flavor is good. It also works fast, and I’m usually asleep within the next 30 minutes.

I just ordered some and got the new packaging. The bottle no longer has USP verification. It used to have it on the front and text on the back. I don’t know if this matters to anyone else, but it concerns me if they lost it.
