They’ve worked well for me; I feel a slight improvement with my gas and bloating. Constant gas
I’m not liking it, Might switch back to the regular prebiotic. I have had constant gas and my stomach is constantly making noise all day. I thought it’s suppose to get rid of gas, for me it’s the opposite
