Excellent gummies!
I am a night shift worker and I am always searching for something to help me sleep during the day and wind down after work. After trying a crazy amount of different things, I can definitely say these are a winner. They actually TASTE delicious and they work which is more than I can say for most. What more can you ask for from a gummy?

I am just starting to use this as a melatonin alternative and I have high hopes I will see good results after regular use. Ingredients seem great and the flavor is pretty good. They are a bit sticky and so far that is my least favorite part about them.

Fantastic even for an insomniac like myself.
Finally I got some sleep!! I suffer from terrible insomnia and have built a tolerance to almost everything over-the-counter from valerian root, melatonin, and even Benadryl. I donât have trouble falling asleep, but I do have trouble staying asleep. These gummies helped me immensely with that! I can actually stay asleep now for at least 8 hours! They taste good too. Will definitely be buying these again.
