It works wonders!
Some times all you need is probiotics to help your stomach to digest properly. This gummies do the job and I can eat steak now with no issues, same with pasta. Even though the dose is 3, I have 4 when I get ice cream.

I didn’t even think about buying probiotics until now. As you get older you are usually not regular and sometimes spend days without having bowel movement. I was using another brand loyally but they were expensive and decided to try these because I got more for less money and honestly they were effective. The taste is ok, not terrible but they are VERY chewy and almost hard. They work great but I have to take 6-7 a day to keep me going on a regular schedule. I was happy to reorder again until I noticed they raised the price. SoIm not really saving anything. Iâll be shopping around for something more affordable.
