Impulse buy, now a staple buy.
The first time I bought these, it was December 30, 2024, and I have been buying them every time I finished a packaged.At first, I bought these as an impulse buy, but was oddly surprised they work. I get some of the best sleep with these patches. When I don’t use them, my sleep is okay. I’ve been increasing my workouts, and these have been helping me get to bed after an intense workout. These really work, you just have to stick it on probably like 30-60 min before you go to bed, do it as your night routine. They do not irritate the skin, its easy to stick on and its a quarter size. I would suggest stocking up on these when they go on sale, and usually they are on sale, and if they are not on sale, still worth the money.

I was having trouble sleeping, or staying asleep, or feeling rested upon waking up. I tried 5mg and 10mg melatonin pills, but honestly, I felt really groggy the next morning and through to the afternoon. I heard about sleep patches and was skeptical. I tried it one night and slept well. Still woke up once or twice. Used it again the second night, and slept all the way through. After a few days of using, I was falling asleep and staying asleep regularly. The best part was that there was no residual effects like grogginess or restlessness.I tried other patches, but they didn’t work as well, and always left a sticky residue on my arm. After a few nights of using other patches, my skin was very dry and itchy. The Raayam sleep patches have a really pleasant, floral smell which is relaxing and helps with falling asleep. The skin under the patch stays regular and doesn’t dry out at all.Highly recommend!

it causes no skin irritation and it goes on and stays on good . however I just no quite convinced that it does help. I have other problems sleeping dew to pain which I’m working on . so that’s why I gave it 4 star

Best Nightâs Sleep
This is a great product. I have tried other sleep aids, over the counter gummies and pills. The gummies and pills work well for a few hours, but I would often wake up after 4 hours and be unable to go back to sleep. With the patches I have been able to consistently get7 hours of sleep every night. Occasionally I will wake up during the night, but I quickly go back to sleep within 5 minutes. There is no groggy or fuzzy feeling the next morning. They have truly been the best sleep helper I have had.

Easy to use and they work.
This product is easy to use-I put it on my arm and it does not come off. Not even in the shower. I am on my second packet and love them. I get the best sleep. If I wake up, I go right back to sleep. I like how all the ingredients are natural. I used to take pills that at times stopped working or upset my stomach. I’m so happy to have tried these patches.

made me drowsy
Within an hour of placing the sticker on the inside of my arm (one of the recommended locations), I started feeling drowsy. I slept through the night, except for one hour when my dog woke me up, but I don’t think that interruption was related to the patch. When I woke up with my alarm, I wasn’t overly tired or groggy.Removing the patch was easy, but it left a red circular outline on my skin that looked like a burn. I usually don’t have issues with adhesives and I currently wear an estrogen patch without any side effects like this. Several hours later, the red mark is still there. I plan to try the patch again tonight, but on a different location.

These sleep patches work so great. I used to have to take melatonin and it had me feeling super drowsy so I wanted to find a alternative so I tryed these they had me falling asleep in about 30 minutes or so and when I woke up in the mourning I felt great and ready to go they also smell super good and itâs very soothing. Another thing to add, is that you canât even really tell that itâs on you and it didnât bother me at all.
