If you’re trying to learn how to journal
This book is great. I had a therapist tell me that it would be a good idea to write about my drinking habits but I didn’t know where to start. This book is great for that and it gives you a lot of useful information about women and drinking. Whether you’re trying to cut down on your drinking or completely quit this book will guide you through some steps.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Don’t consider it any longer, add this workbook to your cart today!
I absolutely loved this workbook. I’ve been sober for 2 1/2 years and I wish I had this book when I first started my journey. This workbook covers so much and more, the exercises are a great point of relief. A moment you can take to decompress the chapter. I enjoyed this book so much that I’ve ripped out a couple of pages, framed them, and have them hung where I can see everyday. (Pictured) I’m hoping the author is planning to publish more related workbooks in the future!

Be prepared to do the work
I bought this as a study tool for a class. It has some valuable information, but does require a lot of participation to answer questions. It is best for someone committed to journaling and examining their own thought and actions.

    Good work
I like this. It is something I do to think through why I am sober and helps me to do the inner work. Plus it has a good amount of info about alcohol and why you shouldn’t have it. It answers that question of if you are someone who should be sober. It can be a confusing process.

Awesome Guide for Women in Recovery!
I am a licensed mental health professional and received an advance copy of this book. Let me just say, Ms. Leupp knows her stuff! She has an in-depth personal and professional understanding of the unique challenges of recovery, and provides a super comprehensive and effective roadmap for sobriety. I can’t believe how much knowledge is packed in this book! I felt like I had a wise and supportive guide as I read it. She understands the realities of recovery, what works and what doesn’t work, and I appreciated her validating and nonjudgmental tone. The book is well organized, visually appealing and easy to read, making it accessible and highly usable. The self reflection prompts (which helpfully includes space for writing!) help the reader explore themselves and their recovery in a very healing and individualized way, as if they are sitting with their own therapist (which in a sense they are, as Ms. Leupp has a background in supporting people therapeutically with addiction and recovery). There are TONS of practical and user-friendly strategies…as I said, there is a lot packed into this book! I especially loved the encouraging and powerful intention/affirmation statements at the beginning of each chapter.I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants a thoughtful and well-balanced guide and toolkit for recovery, written by a professional who has in-depth knowledge and experience in recovery. I plan on sharing it with my clients and loved ones!

    Beautiful, compelling, and insightful
I received an advance copy of the paperback version of this workbook- and let me tell you, WOW. It was love at first sight, the design is so beautifully done and makes the workbook enjoyable to look at and flip through. But of course, the appearance isn’t where the real juicy goodness is- that’s in the words. Jennifer takes her years of experience and outlines it all so wonderfully and in a way that is easy to understand. It isn’t intimidating or full of jargon at all. This workbook is full of really useful information and approachable exercises. It is a wonderful self paces exploration for those needing to quit alcohol, and even for people who are curious and want to explore and understand their relationship with alcohol a little bit deeper. She weaves everything together that will help anyone using it to develop a comprehensive plan of action for healing.
