Just bought Again!
Iâve tried so many probiotics it is really hard to say how many but I now can tell you THIS probiotic for those over 50 has helped me so much going more often. Iâve not went daily in almost a decade! NOW, Iâm going almost every morning! I just bought my second bottle and when I did, I clicked monthly subscribed! THE PRODUCT IS A GOOD ONE.
The only way I could tell if this product was working was when I ran out of it. Reordered it and my system is normalzin again. For me, pre and pro biotics are real difficult to tell if they are working. Its not like a supercharged vitamin that can be felt in the first 20 minutes.

Worth a try!
I am currently halfway through the 50+ Solaray mycrobiome and found it effective for my needs. Purchase this product locally, refrigerated at 29.99 a bottle. Though pricey, it is helping my GI issues ( had some odd burping and constipation). Burping resolved quickly, constipation in about 2 weeks. Drank plenty of water with this along with yogurt for breakfast. Hoping to feel 100% after the bottle is consumed. Everyone systems are different So it might be worth a try.

This item must be refrigerated.
This item was purchased from Amazon.com and delivered by Amazon . When this item is protected from heat during the delivery process it is a useful product for gut health. When this product is deprived proper temperature during delivery it is worthless. In the future I will buy this item locally. I explained to Amazon that this item was delivered unprotected from heat and is damaged goods. Very disappointed and out about 25 dollars. Note that refrigerated probiotics contain live strains and are more expensive.
