I use this along with Zhou hair vitamins, and my nails are stronger and longer than theyâve ever been and my hair has quit shutting so much. I have far less hair in the shower, drain and my hairbrush. It works because Iâve been using both of them for several months. I get the unflavored and put it in my coffee in the morning.

Athletic performance improvement
I’ve been using Sparkle since March 2023. In between that time, I have also tried drugstore generic brands and another mid-popular brand and I confirm that all collagen powders are not created equally. I saw the difference in my hair and nail growth rate when VERISOL was in the powder. My intent was for external beauty improvement but that’s a bit hard for me to gauge when I also have a good skincare routine, liquid multivitamins, and an LED face mask in my mix. The most notable improvement and now the main reason I take Sparkle is for my joints. I am an avid snowboarder and my knees are the first to go. When I was in my mid to late 30s, if I did 3-4 hours of snowboarding, by the time I’m done and ready to head to my car, my knees were in pain. Then when I got home, it was difficult to get out of the car, and the 2 story flight upstairs to my apartment was a journey too. My knees were still sore the next day, so I could never go snowboarding on back-to-back days. I’m 40 now, and my joints feel fantastic as if I’m in my 20s. After a normal snowboarding session, which now I go for 4+ hours, I have no knee pain. Climbing up the stairs is a breeze and my knees are fine to do another snowboarding session the next day. I put the unflavored powder in my oatnight oats and it is undectable. I’ve tried it with coffee but there is a noticeable difference to the taste. I use Sparkle every day now. I really didn’t know how amazing it was for the joints because my initial concern was for fine lines.

Great tasting lubricant for creaky joints and skin health
I have been using it for about a week, it is too soon to report on potential results. I bought this for the benefits on joint health and maybe if my nails donât break that will be a nice bonus. So far, I do feel an improvement on my knees going up and down the stairs. *Remember that you need to use the product consistently for about 6 weeks to be able to see results (aka determine if it did indeed make a difference for you).I purchased the berry flavor (50 servings size) and take it mixed with water. I like the taste and mixed with water it is like drinking liquid jello. As many reviewers have pointed out it does not come with a measuring scoop. I wish the company would include a scoop and use a recyclable bag for the powder instead of the plastic container. *I mention this because they claimed to have removed the scoop to be more environmentally conscious.I will update once I have used the whole container as that should put me in the 6 weeks of continuous use to determine results.Extra: I have not tried it but, I think mixed with water you could possibly make this into jello and consume it that way as well.Stats: Female, mid 40s, have had arthritis in certain areas since late 20s/early 30s, exercise (rebounder/3 mile walks/weight lifting twice a week), weight (âhealthyâ), build (small).

No Flavor is definitely not flavorless in hot liquids!
I am truly astonished by all the reviews claiming that that the No Flavor variety is flavorless and that they put it in their coffee with no problem. I tried using half of the serving size at first (1 tsp) in a 6 ounce cup of coffee and could definitely taste it. Next I tried the other half of the serving (again, 1 tsp) in my to-go mug with approximately 16 oz of coffee and could STILL taste it. Mind you, I use flavored creamer! I saw someone mention a bone broth scent and I think that’s accurate. Even when I couldn’t smell it (with the lid on my travel mug), I could still taste it. It also makes the coffee more viscous which is a little nauseating. I can’t imagine using the full serving at once. I’m going to try to get through this container by using it in a protein shake.***Update: I was actually not able to taste or smell it in a protein shake! Which is great but I don’t have a shake every day. I just tried mixing it into some flavored sparkling water with decent results. There is a vague scent and it colors the water slightly yellow-tinged, which is kind of gross. But I couldn’t taste it. This leads me to believe that the putrid bone broth flavor gets activated by heat, at least for some. It mixes horribly, though. It caused the water to fizz out of the glass and all over the counter and it clumped up pretty bad. I tried using a whisk but that didn’t help so I had to manually mash the clumps against the side of the glass and then mix again. I don’t drink juice or other flavored liquids so I am at a loss as to what else to mix it in but it’s good to know that at least I can use this up in protein shakes and then decide whether I want a flavored variety to try to mix into flat water.
