    Affordable Addition to my Self Care Routine
    I absolutely love this gratitude journal! It’s just like the original but at a much better price, making it such a great find. The layout is simple, effective, and the perfect way to start and end the day with a positive mindset. I even gave these as gifts for Christmas last year, and they were a hit! The only thing I’d change is updating some of the quotes, there was one from Bill Cosby, which felt outdated. But overall, this is an amazing journal, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to add more gratitude into their daily routine.

    I bought this after I lost my job and thought that if I changed my focus my attitude my life would change. When looking at all the things I had to be grateful for in my life and writing them down so that you can see them in front of me I had a lot of motivation.     I didn’t realize when I ordered it that it was a kick off of the 5min journal ( didn’t look carefully as it looks almost identical). I prefer the evening question of the original journal of “what did u learn today” vs how could you make the day better- which goes a bit against how grateful one is. I just use it as a learning but just want people to be aware that it is not the original book
