I bought these as I am taking iron supplements and they cause me to get constipated. I take these before bed and 7-8 hrs later they work. The texture is chewy but not in a bad way and they taste fine. Would buy again.

I love these ! I hope they never stop making them ! It’s hard to me to find a yummy that doesn’t have a strong citrus cause I have acid reflux. These work great and taste so yummy. I do take extra Vit C and calcium but the vitamin content is a great multi for me after breakfast.

They Work good! They just take forever to chew.
They work theyâre good. Theyâre just really really chewy so if you have any teeth issues, be aware of that. I had a temporary crown so I had to chew these gummies for a couple weeks on one side of my mouth lol, but other than being chewy and needing to chew on them for a while before they break down into smaller pieces, they work fine and itâs a great price.

Rough Transition
I started taking fiber supplements with dinner on the suggestion by my PCP to try to reduce borderline blood cholesterol.I have been using either Metamucil (5g) gummies or Equate (4g) tablets for around 6 months with the added benefit of regularity support.I prefer the flavor and texture of the Metamucil gummies, so when I noticed these here when I needed to restock, I bought them on the reviews and the flavor profile.The flavor is fine, but these are a bit tougher in texture. That isn’t really a deterrent because the tablets I was switching from weren’t exactly delightful either, but these are impacting my bowel movements much differently than the previous 2 brands I have used, – and not for the better, even though the fiber level is comparable. This might possibly be influenced by the prebiotic content, but I my first two mornings following the start of these were, umm, watery and barely controllable. 4 days out and I still haven’t passed anything solid and I quit taking them after the second night because I will be flying in a couple of days. I guess another possibility is that it coincided with a big pot of fiber rich chili, but I do know I had eaten the same chili while using both of the other brands without this effect.I don’t want to discredit the product. I believe this issue will eventually subside once my body adjusts and I will resume taking them when I get back from my trip, but I would also advise on the possibility of this reaction and to try them during a window where you have flexibility in your schedule the following day to see if you tolerate them well.I purchased 2 containers of these and intend to finish them, but will then return to the Metamucil gummies, as I find those superior in flavor, texture, and performance. They are definitely more expensive, but this experience has convinced me they are worth the investment.
