    Well Plated -terrific cookbook!!!
    Wonderful array of recipes that are easy to follow. I love the market swaps and descriptions.

    Some recipes tend to be time consuming but worth the effort
    The greatest compliment I can give this cookbook is I basically want to try almost all of the recipes. Since I have got it I have made 15 of them already. It has a nice variety of menu ideas from breakfast, appetizers , salads, soups, chicken, fish, sides and desserts. Some are more time consuming than others so make sure you check the cooking times listed before you start. The sweet citrus chicken and rice was 2 hours from start to finish. There are plenty of other recipes with shorter cook times like the broccoli cheddar skillet and salmon. So far the flavors in the recipes I have tried were wonderful. The copy cat Panera bread wild rice soup recipe was so good. I could tell the recipe creator tested out her recipes to make sure they work as I have not had any issues with cook times or season adjustments. Each recipe has a lovely photo. The recipes also include how to speed it up, next level up and market swaps. The only thing I did not like was that the ingredients needed on some recipes continue on the next page which I found odd. I just have to remember when using this cookbook to check both pages for ingredients I will need. You won’t have any trouble finding the ingredients as they are common in all grocery stores. There is no nutritional info but the recipes all seem on the healthier side. I love this cookbook so much I ordered Erin Clarke’s first cookbook to add to my collection.

    So many great recipes!
    I just received this cookbook and am so excited to try these recipes! The instructions look easy to follow, the pictures are beautiful, and I love that Erin’s dog Teddy is included in some of the photos. The variety of recipes is impressive — something for everyone!

    Yummy Recipes!
    Pleased with my purchase.Looked at it at my local library beforehand and liked all of the recipes, which are very doable.The book itself is nicely laid out and has nice color, and wonderful photos.Pleased with my purchase!!

    Another winner cookbook
    I knew I would be happy I pre-ordered this book. The first Well Plated has been used a lot in our house. Several recipes are on repeat. This one does not disappoint. Her “healthy” slant is subtle, ingredients are easy to find at the supermarket, seasoning is present but not over board, and all the recipes are so well written! My one negative remark is that often the ingredient list is continued on the next page. I just know I’m going to miss that reminder in small print that appears under the instructions that started on the first page! In her first book all the ingredients are listed together on the first page of the recipe. You won’t be sorry you bought this beautiful book! (Sheet Pan Shrimp Primavera- 5 🌟 yum!)

    A great go to recipe book!
    I’ve been following Erin as she shares her recipes for a long time! I’m thrilled to have received this book as a Christmas gift. The ease of the recipes makes it truly for anyone. We’ve made multiple recipes that are toddler friendly and husband friendly all in one! The ingredients she uses vary and her substitutes or alterations to make it quicker/easier are helpful if you’re in a pinch. I give this book 5 stars! If you haven’t already, check out her other cookbook as well!

    Healthy, Hearty, Easy to Follow – DELICOUS!
    I have been a huge fan of Erin’s cookbooks for some time. When I realized she was publishing another one I was quick to jump on the pre-order. Cooking out of this book has been a big hit for our family. Erin’s meals are always nutritionally dense, and are enjoyed by the whole family. This new book is structed in a way that makes it really easy to cook from. I have found that with this cookbook in particular, I’m planning meals a week at a time due to how it’s formatted- it’s logical and easy to follow. The recipes are YUMMO and don’t take too long to compose. I appreciate the opening section as well where it discusses the pantry staples that Erin keeps on hand. I have been purchasing those items and have been using them weekly. Bravo, Erin! Would recommend this book to anyone!

    I got this for my daughter for Christmas because you just cant beat Erin’s recipes but this book is full of amazing ones, its a must have now need to get one for myself because i just about didnt let it go.

    I waited ages to get it (3 months) even though I pre ordered and when I do a big disappointment.No metric, ingredients never heard of, not very healthy and loads of flour and lots of recipes over the page so hard to follow.Also not an everyday cookbook with most recipes being the ott ones you would do if the mother in law was visiting.Very expensive too at 25 pounds.Taking it to the charity shop.
