Supplement needs and responses are very individual. You just have to try.
First off, I think it tastes great! a little like a slightly sour strawberry candy. So the reviews about the taste being so awful is going to reflect a very personal preference. I’m wondering if the consistency is part of the problem for some. I’ve taken other “drops” on the market that weren’t as thick and quite frankly, weren’t great tasting. But they were not as thick and allowed you to hold under your tongue for sublingual absorption. In very small letters, this box states that there’s “vegetable glycerin” in them, so the texture is oily. Maybe that’s an issue for some.I won’t lie– I was hesitant to even try these because they’re “off brand” and any kind of garbage COULD be added to any supplement. But desperate times call for desperate measures, and I’m going to give these a fair shot. I really need to get my cortisol levels controlled, and I’d love to get my cravings under control. I’m going to take this twice a day in hopes it aids me in this.So if we do the math, one dose is 1ml. An entire dropperful is going to leave you coming up short if you’re trying to make the bottle last a month. There are 60mls in the bottle, so you shouldn’t be going past the 1ml mark per dose. I’ve started with 0.5ml twice a day just to make sure my body is cool with it. I will move up to 1ml within a week.The first thing I noticed was my brain fog cleared. On the very first dose, I was able to think more clearly. My mood felt a little less heavy. There’s something in this that my body likes. I don’t think I’m taking enough right now to know how it’s going to affect my sleep. What I will say is that the OTHER drops I took gave me gradual, subtle results but they were so expensive that I couldn’t justify them. Now that I know what to look for, if these give me the same or similar results, I’ll continue to take them.

These really aren’t too shabby. They taste pleasant enough. I have a single CON about them…. the dropper is awful. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to empty it to ever get full dose. Fix the dropper for full 5 stars
