Helps some perimenopause symptoms

i ‘ve been getting ads for an option with basically the same ingredients, but this is a 120 day supply vs a 30. the ingredients levels differ significantly though but the key ingredients are there. i was taking DIM and the Inositols separately for a couple reasons 1) initols for potential weight management effects 2) DIM as I seem to be perimenpausal + there are call outs that i might help with rogue facial hairs – then here are some additional ingredients in here. the winner here for me is that’s it’s one option with a two-pill dose vs mutliple options and more pills – so i went from 6 pills to 2. additionally this one bottle of pills of costs less than buying them all separately and it’s a multi-month option vs lasting 30 days. so even though some of the individual ratios are different from other brands this is a solid option if you’re looking for an alternative to some more expensive options.

Unfortunately I couldn’t take these. I had an allergic reaction to something in them. I will say that I wish I could have. They seem like a very complete and great supplement, and for the money they are even better! I also like that they are made in the USA, and are compounded in a GMP certified facility. I would recommend trying this.

The product I’ve been looking for!
Best part- No taste. Easy to take.So many hormone balance supplements have standard vitamins in them that compete with my daily vitamin, meaning I am unable to take both. This supplement allows me to take this with my daily vitamin. So I’m getting all the vitamins that I want to be taking. I have been taking this for two weeks now. It is easy on my stomach. I have heard of and/or did additional research on all the items included in this product, and they seem to be spot on for hormonal regulation. I’m excited to have found this product and will be ordering it again in the future.

Well balanced multivitamin and no aftertaste
This is a great womanâs vitamin to take to help with hair, nails, skin, and hormone balance. This is a 4 month supply for a decent price. I like that they are 100% natural and made in the USA. Itâs refreshing to see something, especially a vitamin that I take daily for my health, is made in the USA. I was looking for something for womanâs health in particular and I chose this one for the hormone balance. I struggle with my menstrual cycle being regular and being tired and feeling bloated and this helps with all of that except menstrual cycle regularity. I have a bit more energy and my hair and nails are growing in stronger. The pills are a big big and I hate swallowing pills but the capsule makes it easier to swallow.

4 month supply! This is great timing to see actual change if taken everyday. Serving size is 2 capsules per day full of ingredients that should help balance hormones. The capsules are medium/large. Theyâre easy to swallow. Slight taste. Not terrible at all. Made in the USA.

Women’s Balance supplement with Dim, Dong Quai, and more. I recognize the ingredient DIM (diindolylmethane), as a compound commonly found in cruciferous vegetables like Broccoli and Cabbage. It appears to help adjust the hormone estrogen. Also Dong Quai, a popular in Chinese medicine which may affect estrogen and other hormones. So this is a powerful combination for Women’s health.
