My saviour through a horrible start of May

The only time a person doesnât want free gas
I mentioned in one of my other reviews that Iâve been on a bit of a health kick this year. With a new diet comes experimenting with new foods and gas. I got these because theyâre cheaper than name brand over the counter gas stuff plus these have probiotics. On my first test these seem to work great. They do a good job quickly to relieve gas bloating snd belly pain. No trouble swallowing these ones. Over all I think they were a good buy. No real downsides that Iâve noticed so far.

ive bought it instead of MEZIM which is very expensive novadays. This one more light and more gentle on the stomach , taste a little bit too much flavoring wish it is lighter. But the price is still too high. At least MEZIM is well known brand you know what are you paying for, this one is a good supplement, BUT the PRICE!!!

Tried probiotic drinks, plus chemist version of probiotic tablets. Neither worked, but Zen did. I think maybe different products work for different people so don’t give up try them all till you find the one that works for you!

Great product I really love this product but be aware it contains dandelion which gets rids of water so you may find yourself peeing more than normal which agin is a bonus if you eat to knock off some fluid retention.
