I love this product. I use it for when I’m stressed out due to traveling, stress and when I just can’t fall asleep. The berry flavor is good. I take a capful and within the hour I’m dosing off.

Sleep Like a Baby
I have been struggling with sleep for years now. My doctor finally prescribed Ambien, and I don’t like taking that all the time. I stayed at a friends house and she was taking this, and swears by it. I took it and 45-minutes later if not sooner I was out. I purchased the double pack and have been taking it for a week, and sleeping like a baby. I highly recommend this.
