I call these my “poop chews.” I take 2 at a time. The flavor is good. They seem to make my digestion more regular compared to not using them. I do recommend this product as a “subscription.”

I have been an Olly fan for a very long time. I have tried multiple different in store brands and some from Amazon. This one by far I recently just got my second bottle. Flavor is good no bad side effects for me personally and the price is right.
