pms came a week early after taking them for a month, lol!
okay so i took these for the first time and the full bottle and now i am going to leave my review on them, taste well its as expected not great not horrible lol. so yeah I have started my pms 6 days early! first time that has happened to me in years! and these have to be the reason why, because there is nothing else I have taken i keep track of my cycles and i wasnt due til the 30th this month (jan. 2025), lol! pms still bad hurts blah blah blah, but its just way ahead of schedule now. so yeah they for sure do that after taking them all, that’s my result with these, im trying something new after im done with my cycle, i wasn’t expecting this kind of early suprise lol, can’t say they don’t work now lol!!

It might work for others but this made me feel dizzy after a week taking it everyday , I read later that is one of the side effects Chasteberry ( Vitex Angus castus) . I take all kinds of supplements and never felt this way . I had to toss them out .

This little gummy for hormonal.It works for me.I was not being a Hormonal MonsterU no the kind of weman that bit ur head off if u look in there eye or they cry.I took this and I felt I was Relaxed and not blowing up and or crying over everything.Not that much $ at all to try it.DO IT FOR UR SELF.
