The capsules are easily swallowable and have a suitable size.I have been using DIM for several years now, and this Totaria brand is another brand that I have ordered and will continue to do so.There are no unpleasant odors or adverse effects associated with this product. I engage in regular exercise, and this supplement is an integral part of my routine.

This Extra Strength Liposomal DIM Supplement by Totaria is of excellent quality.These pills are easy to swallow and are easy on the stomach. The major active ingredient is DIM which has a number of health benefits such as hormone level support and antioxidant support and acne control. This product also includes Omega-3 fatty which support heart health, eye health and blood pressure support to name a few. I could go on with mentions of the benefits of this product but as always you should read the product description, do your own research and if necessary consult with your doctor.This supplement is a SUPPORT supplement. Taking this supplement alone will not bring forth major change on it’s on just like exercise alone won’t bring forth major change. Like with all supplements consistency is key when it comes to effectiveness. Overall I find this to be of great value and I would highly recommend this product

I have seen improvements.
I got this supplement because I am older (50âs) and needing a little boost. I donât really want to mess with testosterone right now, my levels arenât that low (still in the normal range) but I am having symptoms similar to low testosterone. I was hoping this supplement would help modulate the testosterone I already have so that itâs more effective, and I believe that its helping. I am waking up feeling less drained, have a longer lasting energy (through the day) and maybe a bit more focus. The other things like losing muscle mass and strength, I will have to wait a while before seeing results, so⦠weâll see. I couldnât find any studies that justified the dose from taking two capsules, but I could for taking one a day, so thatâs what I take and I feel a difference, even after only a couple of weeks. There may be even more benefit for women but I will leave that to someone else to discuss. Hope this helps.

Great supplement
I’ve been taking this product everyday after reading the benefits on hormones from taking DIM. I can’t say if it’s working, but I like the ingredients, i like the small and easy pill to swallow. I have had great energy and I think it’s an excellent price point for what the product is.

A decent blend at a decent price
This is a pretty good price for a two month supply. Usually, I have to supplement DIM separately in a menopause supplement. This one has 400 mg of DIM as well as omega-3 fatty acid, black cohosh, dong quai, etc. There are other supplements that I have come to use that I will have to add to my routine, but this is a pretty good blend. It is made in a GMP facility and is gluten-free. Vegetable capsules are packaged in a single use plastic bottle.

I think this a better delivery system into my system
This is kind of a new technology, at least on the public market. The liposomal or fatty envelope that this DIM (diindolylmethane) is enclosed into, allows the product to go down into the intestinal tract for most effective absorption without being damaged by the stomach’s acid. However, I have found that DIM without the liposomal technology still effective. I have my own lab bloodwork that satisfied me. I suppose that maybe some of it still gets lost in the stomach, fluids, but I don’t know this for sure. It is a surety about liposomal technology, nevertheless.
