Better than more expensive brands
I tried these after choking down a bottle of goli pms supplements. They worked as advertised, but tasted absolutely god awful. I decided to try this brand since they are less expensive and have a higher quantity of gummies than the goli. First of all, these taste so much better it’s not even funny. Secondly, they are effective enough for me that I can take one a day instead of the recommended two, so they will last much longer. I generally suffer from bad mood swings and sore breasts about a week and a half before my period, but these supplements truly allieve both of those nasty symptoms. I will continue using them as a part of my daily routine because of the miraculous difference they make in my life.

Im newly menopausal and was looking for an easy to take supplement. These gummies taste good and the texture is good. Gummy but easily chewed and swallowed. I can’t say whether they work or not as they make take awhile to be effective. I have not had any side effects to them. The ingredient list is good without unknown chemicals. I will continue to take them and see if they help with hot flashes.
