I really like adding this into my protein shake in the morning. It tastes good and dissolves in a shake or blender but you cannot stir it in. The nutrients have been as described and hells digestion. I find it to be effective, tasty but not the easiest to use.

Saccharine aftertaste
Nothing like artificial sweeteners to ruin a good thing. The taste on this is supposed to be vanilla. All I tasted was that chemical aftertaste from the old Sweet’N’Low packets.I haven’t noticed any effects from this aside from the poor taste- though I do use it with a bad batch of instant coffee to sort of mask/improve the taste. No additional appetite suppression noticed.Also, this stuff doesn’t dissolve or mix. I have used a shaker bottle, a blender, a spoon, and a handheld milk frother and NOTHING blends it into my iced coffee. It doesn’t even froth like powdered creamer. It just clumps, which then float on the surface.Not really worth it. I’d rather take capsules than deal with ‘chewing my morning coffee.And YES, I followed the instructions and I don’t try to mix it into hot liquids.
