Works just like the more expensive brands but works just the same and quick. The taste is okay but that’s not why I bought it

Effective but lose the wild berry flavor profile please
This works well for aiding sleep when perimenopause interferes with my sleep quality. The recommended dose is 50mg/30ml and the provided dosing cup is marked clearly as a guide. It only gets a 4 because the wild berry flavor is a little harsh, unlike the usual cherry or bubble gum flavoring in most diphenhydramine liquids.
