effective dosage
Somehow this melatonin seems more potent / effective than what I usually get from the store. I only need a small amount of melatonin to fall asleep after waking up in the middle of the night sometimes. This is a great option for me. I swallow this pill without any water, because I’m used to it. The pill is very small, so it should be easy for most.

Im a 3-5am night owl and just canât be a functioning person that way. So I use it to help me go to sleep by at least 1-2am.3mg is actually a lot for me, but I have awful anxiety so the grogginess the next day was actually a calming experience for me! But I take 1/4 and it works wonders for me.

I struggled with staying up late these days. When I read about the benefits of melatonin, I decided to take them to encourage my body to go to bed on time. Needless to say that they work! They are gentle and strong enough and I am waking up less groggy!

It Works!
It works great. It does the job it says. There is a medical taste to the pill but that is to be expected. It takes about 30 minutes before you feel sleepy and calm. This also varies person to person. It does keep my hair shiny and I have experienced less fall out during brushing.

I take one about 3 hours before i go to bed and i sleep the whole night and wake up refreshed. Higher dosages leave me tired upon waking. 1mg is all that I require.Taking it doesn’t make me tired, but it helps me to stay asleep. I definitely notice a difference when I don’t take it.
