I used to rely on lengthy audio tapes to help put me to sleep, but no longer! At just under $18/month, I’m finding this super-healthy product to be one of the best investments in proactive healthy aging I’ve come across in quite some time. The proof is in the pudding: my face looks so unlined well-rested I’m often mistaken for decades younger than my chronological age!

Tried the sleep drinks and they helped. Sometimes I need something faster. These capsules are the first I’ve tried that actually seems to work for me. I’ll continue to use them as long as my sleep scores stay high.
